Our Management Team
At PCP Solutions our dedicated Management Team includes our 3 Directors who have in excess of 60 years of combined industry experience. Our team also includes our Project Managers, Financial Controller, Quality Manger and our senior Site Supervisors. Our Management team ensures company goals are achieved and that business operations continue to run as efficiently and effectively as possible. They offer overarching support for the entire company and are critical to our ongoing success.
Our team has evolved over the years, from its humble beginnings in 2012 as a small family business to having progressed to the successful company it is today. Over the years we have gained long standing and valued relationships with many of our clients, contractors and suppliers for which we are extremely grateful.
At PCP Solutions, all of our employees are highly valued members of our team, each with their own unique skillset. At PCP Solutions we encourage open communication with our staff members and offer career progression opportunities where possible.
Our highly qualified team of professionals pride themselves on delivering quality projects which consistently exceed client expectations.
We have an extensive portfolio of qualifications within our company in areas including (but not limited to) Plumbing, Gas fitting, Civil Earthworks, Engineering, Surveying and transport operations and as such we are often able to cater to many of the different aspects required across projects inhouse.
At PCP Solutions we pride ourselves on not only delivering quality projects but doing so safely. Safety is a fundamental part of our culture at PCP Solutions and we are committed to providing a safe workplace for all workers, contractors and visitors across our work sites.
